$295 million.

That's how much taxpayer money the Ontario PCs wasted to fund Trudeau's "green" electric vehicle dream in Oakville.

But here's the shocking reveal: Ford Motors, after receiving this massive sum from the Ford PCs and $295 million more from the Trudeau government, now plans to produce gas-powered Super Duty trucks in Oakville—the very plant where they promised to build EVs.

The $295 million the Ford PCs gave Ford Motors should be returned.

The corporate welfare by the Ford PC government needs to end.

And all EV subsidies should be scrapped.

But that won't happen as long as Doug Ford and the Ontario PC Party is in power.

As we've seen over the last few years, the Ontario PCs have been in lockstep with the Trudeau Liberals when it comes to funding big corporations—often matching the Trudeau government’s multi-million dollar commitments to electric vehicle companies.

And instead of pushing back when the Trudeau government unveiled their "mandatory target" that all new passenger vehicle sales be electric by 2035, the Ford PCs agreed to spend your hard-earned money to virtue signal alongside the Liberals.

The issue with EV subsidies is simple: they create an artificial market that cannot function without government (taxpayer) assistance.

But Doug Ford and his entire PC caucus have decided to prioritize the Trudeau Liberals' agenda over defending the Ontario taxpayer.

So much for the PC Party being Ontario's "conservative" or "blue" party.

Intrusive "green" energy schemes, corporate welfare, and corruption that runs the Ontario PC Party are just some of the reasons why we created the New Blue Party of Ontario!
