"Stuff happens" – Doug Ford

Doug Ford’s PCs are at it again.

It was recently revealed that they spent thousands in donor and taxpayer money to send an operative to five-star resorts in Jamaica for “opposition research.”

While Ontarians work hard to manage under the weight of high taxes and the rising cost of living, the PCs are expensing luxury trips to resorts.

When confronted, Doug Ford claimed he knew nothing about it and shrugged it off, saying, “stuff happens.”

Does that sound like responsible leadership?

No, of course not.

The Ford Progressives receive millions of dollars in taxpayer subsidies every year. Then they spend it on backroom political schemes.

Doug Ford and the Ontario PCs have proven time and again that they are no different from the Liberals. 

The New Blue Party of Ontario is built to stand up for the taxpayer and offer the solutions necessary to ensure our province’s future is one of hope, opportunity, and prosperity. 

There are 3 upcoming provincial by-elections on September 3, and we need to ensure our message of real conservative leadership and fiscal responsibility reaches voters in these ridings.

While the Ford PCs spend money in the Caribbean, we are on the ground building a real alternative to clean house at Queen’s Park.
