Doug Ford's Progressives: Bad for Business
On Tuesday, we told you about General Motors cutting more than 700 jobs in Oshawa.
Ontario's PC government is driving business out of the province.
Instead of delivering desperately needed tax relief to make Ontario competitive again, over the past eight years the Ford PCs have outspent the Wynne Liberals, refused to cancel wasteful "green" energy contracts, and imposed their own carbon tax on Ontario industry.
In other words, the Ontario PCs reneged on every major campaign promise they made in 2018.
Their transformation into an arm of the federal Liberals is complete.
Only true blue reforms will reopen Ontario for business and keep jobs here at home.
The New Blue Party is fighting to cut hydro rates, slash the HST, and axe the PCs' industrial carbon tax.
