A New Liberal Majority?
On Tuesday, we emailed you about something that should concern every true blue Ontarian.
Doug Ford reportedly told Mark Carney that an early federal election would give him an opportunity to win a majority mandate.
Just hours after our email went out on Tuesday, yet another federal MP (this time from the NDP) crossed the floor to join the Liberals.
That brought Carney's government to 170 seats—just two shy of a majority.
Clearly, the Liberals have enough help from members of other federal parties.
They don't need—and shouldn't have—the support of Doug Ford and the Ontario PCs.
But the Ontario PC Party has long since completed its transformation into an arm of the Liberal Party of Canada.
That’s exactly why the New Blue Party exists.
We must continue to provide Ontario's grassroots conservatives with a real option on the provincial ballot.
But we can only keep growing this movement with the support of people like you.
