Rhonda Wins in Court — Help Send Her to Queen’s Park!
We’re pleased to share some important news with you!
This week, the Ontario Superior Court ruled in favour of New Blue MPP candidate and Chatham-Kent Councillor Rhonda Jubenville, quashing both the Integrity Commissioner’s report and the political sanction that suspended her pay in 2023.
The court found the findings against her were “unreasonable” and awarded her $20,000 in legal costs. The Integrity Commissioner must now reconsider the penalty.
Rhonda was targeted for voicing concerns shared by many Ontarians — about pride flags being flown on taxpayer-owned property and “drag story time” at local schools. Rather than back down, she stood her ground and took the fight to court — and she won.
This is not the first time Rhonda has shown leadership. She has run as the New Blue Party of Ontario candidate for MPP twice.
In the most recent provincial election, Rhonda finished ahead of the Greens with 3,387 votes, representing 7.9 percent of the vote. We are very proud of her commitment and courage.
Now, we are fundraising for her next provincial campaign. Help us get Rhonda to Queen’s Park!

This week’s court victory is a win for free speech, parental rights, and accountability in Ontario. Let’s build on it!
