The Ford PCs spent $75 million taxpayer dollars on U.S. ads that provoked a 10% tariff increase on Canadian goods. Despite the obvious damage his commercial caused, Ford called it “the best ad that’s ever been run.”

Leading a party that stands against Ontario’s political establishment comes with resistance: from the media, from insiders, and from those who benefit from the corruption at Queen’s Park. What makes it possible to keep going is knowing that people like you are behind us.
