The Slush Fund That Just Keeps Giving… to PC Insiders
The numbers don't lie.
Doug Ford's PCs are, once again, putting lobbyists and donors ahead of Ontarians.
According to a recent investigation by The Trillium, 80 per cent (nearly $180 million in taxpayer dollars) of Ford's so-called "skills development" funding for for-profit companies went to companies run by Ontario PC Party donors.

Ontario's PC labour minister has personal discretion over who receives these taxpayer funds, and he is hand-picking PC Party donors.
That means while small businesses and families face skyrocketing costs, the Ford government hasn't just refused to provide tax relief — they've created new ways to funnel taxpayer money to their friends!
The PCs' "skills development" fund is a billion-dollar corporate welfare program that didn't even exist under Ontario's prior Liberal governments.
It should never have been created.
Ontario deserves better than a government that treats taxpayer money as a reward system for party loyalty.
The New Blue Party exists to stand up for the taxpayer.
