The Doug Ford PCs now operate as a provincial rubber stamp for the federal Liberal agenda.
For eight years, the Ontario PC government has quietly funded Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) with taxpayer money while failing to protect healthcare workers’ freedom of conscience.
As a result, nearly 30% of all Canadian MAiD deaths (nearly 29,000) have taken place in Ontario.
The New Blue is Ontario’s only party where grassroots members decide our policies.
At our first conference, New Blue Party members proposed and voted in favour of Policy 36: Stop the MAiD Agenda to halt euthanasia expansion for seniors, veterans, and those with disabilities, and to promote true palliative care.
Right now, we are preparing for the provincial by-elections in York-Simcoe and Scarborough Southwest.
We need our grassroots base to step up so we can run principled candidates and get our message out to voters.
