With the recent resignation of Caroline Mulroney, two Ontario ridings — York-Simcoe and Scarborough Southwest — are now open.

The establishment expects us to sit this out, but we will ensure the people of York-Simcoe and Scarborough Southwest have a real alternative to the Doug Ford Progressives.

Big news just broke in the Ontario legislature: Caroline Mulroney has officially resigned from Doug Ford’s cabinet and from her role as the PC MPP for York-Simcoe.

This means that York-Simcoe, in addition to Scarborough Southwest, is now vacant and awaiting a by-election.
